Terms of Service
Last updated 12 August 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and E.RICH (“we”, “us”), the service at e.rich that lets you publish a public profile page holding your bio, links, and socials. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use E.RICH.
1. Who can use E.RICH
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to consent to the processing of your personal data where you live. If you use E.RICH on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
We sign you in with a magic link sent to your email address - there is no password. Anyone with access to your inbox can therefore access your account, so keep it secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
Usernames come with a few rules:
- Some names are reserved for the site itself and can’t be claimed.
- Don’t register a username to impersonate a person or brand, or to hoard names for resale.
- We may reclaim or rename a username that breaks these rules, that infringes someone’s trademark, or that belongs to an account we’ve suspended.
3. Content you publish
Everything on your profile - your display name, bio, links, uploaded images, audio, and any other media (“your content”) - stays yours. We claim no ownership of it.
To run the service we need permission to handle it: you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, adapt for display (resizing and format conversion, for example), and publicly show your content, for as long as you keep it on E.RICH and solely to operate and promote the service. Deleting content or your account ends that licence, other than for backup copies that expire on their normal schedule.
You confirm you own your content or otherwise have the rights to publish it, and that publishing it here breaks no law and no one else’s rights.
Your profile is public. Anything you put on it can be viewed, indexed by search engines, and shared by anyone. Don’t publish anything you need to keep private.
4. What you may not do
Don’t use E.RICH to publish, link to, or distribute:
- Sexual content involving minors, or any other content that is illegal where you or we operate.
- Harassment, threats, incitement to violence, hate speech, or doxxing.
- Malware, phishing pages, scams, deceptive redirects, or links that misrepresent where they lead.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- Impersonation of another person, brand, or of E.RICH itself.
- Bulk spam, or automated mass creation of accounts or profiles.
Also don’t attempt to break the service: no probing or circumventing our security or rate limits, no scraping at a scale that degrades it for others, no inflating your own view counts, and no working around the restriction that profile media must be hosted by us (it exists to stop profiles harvesting visitors’ IP addresses).
5. Reporting content and takedowns
If something on E.RICH infringes your rights or breaks the rules above, email support@e.rich with:
- the full profile URL (and, if relevant, which link or file);
- what’s wrong with it;
- how to reach you - and, for an intellectual-property claim, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn’t authorised, and that you’re the rights holder or acting on their behalf.
We review reports as quickly as we reasonably can and may remove content, disable a link, or suspend an account. We’ll normally tell the account holder what was removed and why; they can contest it by replying to us at the same address, and we’ll restore content removed in error. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
6. Third-party links and services
E.RICH points at other places on the internet - that’s the whole point of it. We don’t control those destinations and aren’t responsible for them, and the same goes for services you choose to connect, such as Discord. Their terms and privacy policies govern what they do.
7. Suspension and ending your account
You can stop using E.RICH at any time; contact us to have your account and its content deleted. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, that we’re legally required to remove, or that puts the service or its users at risk.
8. Availability, warranties, and liability
E.RICH is provided as is. We work to keep it up but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your content will never be lost - keep your own copies of anything you care about. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited, and nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and continuing to use E.RICH after a change means you accept it. For significant changes we’ll make a reasonable effort to tell you.
10. Contact
Questions, complaints, and takedown notices: support@e.rich. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
